Well, the big cruise for the year is over. We're already planning the Labor Day Cruise and talking about next year. We expect to be doing as much sailing as possible whenever time and weather permit.
It didn't rain last night. It didn't rain this morning. The weather is perfect.
Perhaps we are being watched.
We got up late, sat around paying bills and checking over mail over coffee. It is unusual to be together like this in the morning other than on the cruise and on the weekend. Perhaps we should try to change our schedules around a bit. I'm now at the office, with sandals on, hoping to clear away my first look at the pile of bills and accumulated things to do, then go off and continue on our wind down.
We've posted some of our pictures and stories on the site, as they happened, for our record and your enjoyment. We're talking about expanding the site; posting more of the pictures (with larger versions), talking about many of the experiences and places, and about many of the interesting facts we've discovered this year. For example: do you know about clear garbage bags, and the towns that require them? Do you know about v-notched lobsters? Do you know about Solace's appearance on The Sopranos?
There is a lot we have to show and tell you about our trip and the places we've been. We would love to share all this with you. Check back from time to time or, better yet, drop us a note and we'll let you know when new material is posted. Whether you are friends, or friends of acquaintances of friends, please let us hear from you.
Happy cruising to all!
